Description
Travel from San Francisco to Monterey and Carmel during a full-day tour with your own private guide and comfortable SUV. You’ll drive along the Pacific Coast and see some of northern California’s most scenic spots, including the towns of Santa Cruz, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel-By-The-Sea. Have free time to check out popular destinations like Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17-Mile Drive, and Carmel, and visit beaches, a marine sanctuary or lighthouse, the historic Pebble Beach Golf Course, and shopping and restaurant districts.

Example schedule:
- 8:00 Depart from your San Francisco accommodation.
- 9:30 Optional rest stop at an 1872 lighthouse or the seaside town of
- Davenport for coffee or a pastry.
- 11:15 Pass through the surf capitol of Santa Cruz, CA.
- 12:00 Stop at Moss Landing to search for seals, otters & shore birds.
- 1:00-2:30 Free time in Monterey (optional aquarium, pick up or sit down for lunch).
- 2:30-3:30 Coastal drive through Pacific Grove & 17 Mile Drive & Pebble Beach.
- 3:30-4:30 Free time for the beach or Ocean Ave shops in Carmel-By-The-Sea.
- 7pm return to San Francisco.
Times are flexible if you would like more time in one place and less in another.
Commute traffic may delay the return journey.
Extra free time is $100 per hour.
Transportation for 1-7 passengers is provided in an extended Ford Expedition EL XLT equipped with 4-wheel drive.

- Tour is available in English, French and Spanish. Please advise at time of booking if you would like a specific language.
- This is a ONE-WAY trip and does not include return transport to San Francisco. You may return with the tour company for a USD $60 fee, payable directly to the tour operator. It is a direct 6-hour drive by van

- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
